Why coaching?
Coaching with Linda offers one on one personal attention to help you take steps forward in your life. It's not therapy, where you uncover and recover from past events, it's about discovering who you are now and how to move toward a happy new life. You'll feel heard, supported, and encouraged as Linda shares her easy coaching tools for you to put into practice.
What works best is to start with six sessions of coaching, one hour a week or as fits into your schedule. Then we evaluate progress and determine if six more would be valuable to achieve the change you desire. You are not locked in, you pay before each session, and can discontinue coaching at any time.

60-minute in person or telephonic (by Zoom or FaceTime) sessions with your coach (me!), booked about 10 days apart, or what works in your schedule.
Unlimited email access for brief questions to your coach,
